Our team will come out to your property or work site to go over your ideas and see your site space, take measurements, and then we'll provide you with a design plan and price estimate (typically within 24-48 hours of our visit).

Before pouring concrete, we prepare the site by clearing grass, rocks, trees, shrubs, and old concrete manually or with equipment. Then, we'll use compact fill gravel for the sub base unless the soil is already stable.

Once the sub base is ready, we'll set up forms and attach them securely for easy removal later. We ensure forms are in good condition and set correctly for drainage, forming clean corners where they meet or connect with other structures.

We'll pour wet concrete into the forms until they reach the top edge. For best results, we use shovels, rakes, and "come alongs" during the pour process to ensure even distribution and eliminate voids or air pockets.

For smooth or stamped concrete, we use a steel trowel to achieve a uniform finish by "skating" across with knee boards or using trowel tools on long poles. Your concrete should cure (harden) before heavy use (time varies).
